Issue with product attributes order in product page

I rearranged colour attributes order. It shows perfect in product attributes section. In Shop page preview its not in the order as I assigned.

I made the order in attributes=> configure terms, it was working perfectly earlier, now its not workig

Hello,

This is Woocommerce functionality, perhaps, this is the only way it works. Our theme does not influence.
