    Dear WoodMart Support Team,

I had previously configured all the product filters for my product archive pages. For example, on the “Knives” archive page, there were filters displayed in the sidebar. However, these filters are now missing, and the sidebar appears empty.

Could you please check if this is due to a bug or a misconfiguration on my end?

I have created a temporary admin access account for you to investigate. You can find the details in the “WoodMart Admin Section.”

    Thank you for your assistance.

    Hello,

First of all update the new version of the theme “WOODMART WordPress NEW: 8.0.2 RELEASED”, update the required plugin, and check the option.
    https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/update-the-theme/

If the issue remains, turn off all of the plugins not related to the theme, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.

If the issue still remains, let me know and I will check and give you a possible solution.

Note: Please take the complete backup of your site before update the theme and WP version as well.

    Best Regards.

    Hello,

The deactivation of my filters, for example for knives, was caused by an import that reset the global attribute values and visibility to 0.

I have reactivated this, but I am still facing an issue.

Some filters are missing in the knife types. For example, “Boning Knife” should appear as a filter—I have 9 products linked to this attribute—and many others are also missing.

I have checked the products, and the values are correctly assigned. These should display in the filters on the right.

Is there a setting that limits the display of all the values for a given attribute?

I invite you to check my “Knives” attributes and the value “Boning Knife,” where you will see that 9 products are linked.

Thank you for letting me know which setting might cause this issue.

    Best regards,
