Hello WoodMart Support Team,
I am experiencing a small but persistent layout issue with the video player on my single product pages.
A thin, vertical black line appears on the right edge of the video player. I have attached a screenshot where I have pointed to the issue with red arrows.
To troubleshoot, I have already performed the following steps:
1. I have double-checked my original video files and can confirm they are clean and do not contain this black line.
2. I have tested this with both the “Simplified” and “Native Player” options in “Video display type” settings. The black line appears in both modes.
3. I have cleared all my website, server, and browser caches.
The issue remains after these steps, which suggests it might be a CSS or container styling issue within the theme’s video player.
To help you investigate, I have created a new temporary admin login for you. I will provide the credentials in the private content area below this post.
Could you please take a look and help me identify what is causing this black line and how to remove it?
