issue with quantity input

Hi, i have been using the plugin: WooCommerce Product Table form Barn2 Plugins. And it runs ok, but since the last days the input quantity is not showing, I disabled the theme and it shows. or I disable the plugin and it show. there is something you could do for me?

It is not related to the theme update. Most likely there is CSS styling conflict. That is why we need to check it on your website.
