    Hello,

After a recent Elementor update to version 3.28.0 some parts of the website are not working correcty.

Particularly the responsive settings in Elementor for our Main Front Page Sliders where we have set some of the text in the text editor widget > Advanced to be hidden in mobile portrait mode and yet the text is still showing in mobile portrait.

Can you advise what may be causing this issue?

    Regards

    Hello,

Did you try to clear the site/browser/server cache after such changes?

    I await your response.

    Kind Regards

    Hi,

Yes. We actually turned off our cache to see if that was causing the issue.

The responsive settings were still not being respected on the live page.

    Okay we figured it out.

Turning on the following in Elementor Settings > Features fixed the issue:

    OPTOMISED MARKUP

Reduce the DOM size by eliminating HTML tags in various elements and widgets. This experiment includes markup changes so it might require updating custom CSS/JS code and cause compatibility issues with third party plugins.

    Status: Beta

It never needed this before but now needs to be turned to ACTIVE for it to respect the responsive settings.

    Hello,

Okay, understood. Glad that you managed to fix that.

In this case, can the topic be closed?

If you have any questions, let me know.

    Kind Regards

Yes sure close it however it doesnt address why it happens and you need this feature turned on in Elementor for the responsive settings of Woodmart to be respected.

    Hello,

It can be something related to the Elementor itself, let me know if you have checked that issue on the default theme as the “Responsive” https://prnt.sc/rlVF2o58jUGV settings are related to the Elementor.

    I await your response.

    Kind Regards
