Issue with Script Loading on Homepage with CookieYes

I am currently experiencing an issue on my site using the Woodmart theme. I recently installed the CookieYes GDPR bar to dynamically manage cookies. However, since this installation, I have noticed that some scripts are not triggering on the first load of the homepage.

For instance, the text that should appear with an animation remains invisible, and the carousels no longer scroll automatically as they should. I’m wondering if this could be related to the integration of CookieYes or another issue that is preventing these features from functioning properly.

Do you have any suggestions or advice to help identify the cause of this problem and resolve it?

Please record a short video so we can see what is the problem with your website. Also, please keep all plugins that are not related to our theme temporarily turned off (except CookieYes).

I am unable to record a video, but please just clear the browser’s cache and, when loading the homepage on both PC and mobile, the page freezes. There is no dynamic text appearing on the hero banner, and features like the carousel scrolling just below it are not functional.

Additionally, I have created a clone of the website to run some tests. I am providing admin access to this clone site for the Woodmart support team to investigate further.

I also disabled the CookieYes plugin, and the site’s behavior returned to normal.

I have already sent you the admin access to the cloned site several times. I am sending it again in this reply.

We investigated the issue and see that this plugin blocks our theme’s scripts from being loaded. You need to contact plugin’s developers for help on this matter.
