I recently integrated the Shiprocket Plugin into my client’s WordPress WooCommerce website. While the plugin is working well in most aspects, I have encountered an issue regarding the local pickup option.

    The Issue:
When a customer goes to the View Cart or Checkout page, the Shiprocket Plugin displays the delivery partner’s name, along with the delivery charge and expected delivery date, which is functioning as intended. However, the problem arises in that it seems to hide the “store pick” or local pickup option on the site.

I have configured the local pickup option in the WooCommerce settings, but it appears to be overridden by the Shiprocket Plugin.

I kindly request your assistance in resolving this issue. It is essential for our website to offer the local pickup option to our customers, and I believe that there might be a configuration or compatibility issue that needs to be addressed.

I would greatly appreciate it if your technical team could investigate this issue and provide guidance on how to resolve it. Your prompt attention to this matter would be highly beneficial to our business and customer satisfaction.

    Hi rajavel,

    Thanks for reaching to us.

I kindly request you to conduct a check by activating the default WordPress Theme, such as Storefront or Twenty Twenty-Three (Appearance > Themes) and keep WoodMart Core and WooCommerce plugins activated. This is to ascertain whether the issue you are experiencing is due to our theme or not.

If the problem persists even with the default WordPress theme, it would suggest that WoodMart theme is not the cause of the issues.

In case it works with default theme, please provide me with temporary wp-admin access, I will debug that issue.

    Hi rajavel,

    It worked again, thank you.

You can enable “Zone Wise Shipping” option https://prnt.sc/ZQeObn3ynd0E Then, you can add Shiprocket options in WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping > Shipping zones.

    Hi,

Sorry, still this issue is not resloved!! Please watch the video which I already gave you( Also, I metioned in the private content area).

The issue can be summarized as follows:

Initially, when I visit the View Cart or Checkout page, the Local Pickup option is correctly displayed.

However, when I proceed to update the shipping address, the Local Pickup option disappears.

Simultaneously, the page displays the delivery partner’s name, the associated delivery charge, and the expected delivery date, which is functioning as intended.

The primary problem is that the Local Pickup option seems to be hidden or deactivated when the shipping address is updated.

I have configured both the Local Pickup and Shiprocket’s shipping charge options, and I aim to provide both shipping choices to our users. It is imperative for our website to offer the Local Pickup option, which should be free, along with the Shiprocket shipping charge option, allowing users to select their preferred method.

    Hi rajavel,

I tested with Storefront, WoodMart and keep WooCommerce, WoodMart Core plugins activated, the Local pickup method still there when I updated shipping address.

    Please see recorded video https://screenpal.com/watch/c0X1DZVGhbc

I kindly recommend you to contact to author plugin and ask them if the plugin has option to remove Local pickup method when updating address.

    Regards,
