Issue with sorting products on search

When I’m searching in the ” search bar ” the sorting is quite different from category, and it is sorting by the newest, for example : what I added yesterday, the newest products will be the first in the top, and what I did add in the begginig is at the end.

Please check how it works with the default WordPress theme just to check whether the issue is with our theme or not because the product default sorting is WooCommerce functionality and our theme doesn’t influence.
