This issue has been impacting the user experience, particularly in the product customization process where customers need to make a series of selections.

Upon consulting with the developers of the “Advanced Product Fields Extended for WooCommerce” plugin, which is used for the product customization on this page, it was suggested that the theme might be altering the default scroll behavior of the page.

Navigate to Theme Settings > Single Product > Disable the option sticky product. If the issue remains, share the wp logins details so i will further check on your site and give you a possible solution.
