dodwanParticipantDear Woodmart Theme Support Team,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to seek assistance with an issue I’ve encountered on my website, which uses the Woodmart theme. The issue is specifically related to the scrolling behavior on a custom product page designed for personalized bracelets.
Issue Description:
I have noticed that the page exhibits an unusual “sticky scrolling” behavior, where the right part of the page remains fixed while only the left part scrolls. This issue has been impacting the user experience, particularly in the product customization process where customers need to make a series of selections.Upon consulting with the developers of the “Advanced Product Fields Extended for WooCommerce” plugin, which is used for the product customization on this page, it was suggested that the theme might be altering the default scroll behavior of the page.
Request for Assistance:
Could you please provide guidance on how to disable this “sticky scrolling” behavior? If there is an option within the theme settings to adjust or disable this feature, could you kindly direct me to it? Alternatively, if this requires custom CSS or JavaScript adjustments, I would greatly appreciate any code snippets or instructions you can provide.I aim to ensure a smooth and natural scrolling experience for all users on my website, and resolving this issue would be a significant step towards that goal. Your prompt assistance and support in this matter would be highly appreciated.
Thank you in advance for your time and help.
Best regards,

dodwanParticipantThank you very much for your prompt response and the suggested solution regarding the sticky scrolling issue on our custom product page.
I understand your recommendation to navigate to Theme Settings > Single Product and disable the sticky product option. However, I would like to clarify that my intention is to disable this feature specifically for one product page (https://www.esensmana.fr/bracelet-personnalise/) without affecting the rest of the product pages on our site. We value the sticky product feature for other products and wish to retain its functionality where it enhances the user experience.
Could you please advise if there is a way to selectively disable the sticky product feature for a specific product page only? If this requires custom CSS, JavaScript, or any other form of customization, I would greatly appreciate your guidance on how to implement this.
I understand the complexity this request might entail and am willing to follow any instructions you provide to achieve the desired outcome. If further access to my site is required for this customization, please let me know how we can arrange this securely.
Thank you once again for your support and understanding. I look forward to your advice on how to proceed with this specific requirement.
Best regards,
