    Hello,

I have the problem entering both links:

    https://ivoltbg.info/?1764149958

    and

    https://ivoltbg.info/wp-admin/?platform=hpanel&client_id=1014793940

I’m also attaching pictures… What is this thing? Why is this happening?

It also occurs at certain intervals.

Where can this be checked from? Can you help me, please.

    Best regards, Nikola

Update: Everything started the day before when I crashed the site after synchronizing the strings with Loco Translate.

    Update 2:

due to Nginx overload, it’s possible for the site to go down, since we’re not finding anything in any logs—neither in PHP, nor in WordPress, nor on deeper system levels. For us, this means that when there are too many simultaneous requests or some heavy operations (such as WordPress plugins, database queries made by our API, or bots crawling the site), Nginx is unable to process everything in time and crashes with a 504 Gateway Timeout. As a result, the site stops responding for a short period, as happened several times today. The hosting provider will not admit it, so if this keeps occurring, we will likely increase the timeout or change the hosting provider.

Update 3: Today we’ve been monitoring all logs and server metrics — there are no spikes and no error logs, yet the site keeps going down… Why on earth is this happening…

    Hello, thank you.

The problem was that I was on shared hosting, not on dedicated…

You can close ticket. Thank you very much.

    Hello,

Thank you for the update — I’m glad to hear you identified the cause of the issue. Shared hosting can indeed lead to intermittent 504 errors, especially under higher load.

Since everything is resolved now, I’ll go ahead and close this ticket.
If you need any further assistance in the future, feel free to open a new one.

    Thanks for contacting us.
    Have a great day.
