Issue with the footer

The footer appears twice here when I selected the 4 column option. How can I get rid of the bottom footer?

You can go through admin bar directly and choose Footer post type https://prnt.sc/zKymQGDrt8QJ

Then, you can remove menu list added below logo

I cannot view or see the bottom footer here. Aka the text that says footer menu. I can only see the normal footer.
