Issue with the Free Shipping Bar Section on Mobile

There is a problem with the section displaying the free shipping bar on the sidebar cart and in the cart on smartphones. Specifically, a large space is created, which is not normal, and this causes the content to shift. Please check the attached screenshots and the live site that I’m sharing with you for the admins.
