Issue with the header banner

    Hi,

    The header banner isn’t visible. It just shows a white blank screen. Please find attached a screenshot.

    Hello,

    You can enable and configure the Header banner in the Theme Settings > General > Header banner.

    As soon as you enable it, check the option “Banner text color”, Most likely the content was not visible because you had a white background and light color scheme.

    I have enabled it. Please find the attached screenshot. Still not visible.

    Hello,

    Please set “Dark” for the “Banner text color”. Now there is no banner. Please insert the site credentials to the Private content block.

    Hello,

    Please deactivate all the plugins except these ones:

    Slider Revolution
    WPBakery Page Builder or Elementor
    Woodmart Core
    Contact Form 7
    MailChimp for WordPress
    WooCommerce
    Safe SVG

    If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.
