issue with theme custom css! :(

    This is not the first time I have dealt with this issue.

    CUSTOM CSS is not included intermittently!
    I have already done all the actions known to me:

    turned off all plugins
    disabled caching

    but the problem remains!
    where else can I look for the problem? how to find it? why might this be happening?

    in 10% of cases opened in an incognito browser or another browser – CUSTOM CSS is not loaded. The site is displayed without it.

    Please check it out on your side! I’m already exhausted and can’t continue to work because I can’t advertise such a site – when I’m not sure that everything is displayed normally!

    Unfortunately, I can’t give you access to the site.

    also note: the icons that come with the woodmart theme are also not displayed, which means that the problem may be something else. Because my theme icons are not redefined – they are left from the theme and I did not change them either.

    Please deactivate all the plugins except these ones:

    Slider Revolution
    WPBakery Page Builder or Elementor
    Woodmart Core
    Contact Form 7
    MailChimp for WordPress
    WooCommerce
    Safe SVG

    If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

    In case, the problem remains, even after all the plugins are deactivated, provide your site admin access (insert the site credentials into the Private content block under the message area) and confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, switching to the parent or default theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back, however, the site would be without plugins for 15-20 min. You would better make the full backup of your site.

    ok, i asked for my hosting and they made a copy of the site and moved it to another domain.

    Below is the admin access rights for this domain.
    I don’t know if this problem is still there.

    I hope you take a look and find out what the problem is. I see it like this: a problem with presets. Each preset is a specific setting. And for some reason presets don’t load custom styles.

    addition: yes, the problem is repeated on the site, the rights of which I gave you. For example: I changed the setting Mobile DOM optimization (experimental) and got the absence of custom styles on the Chrome incognito tab.

    What is the version of the parent theme? Please check Dashboard > Appearance > Theme > check parent WoodMart theme.

    Please update the WordPress, the theme, plugins in Appearance > Install plugins and check the issue. I still cannot log in, I try different browsers.

    Make sure you save all your custom CSS in the Theme Settings > Custom CSS.

    Hello, after updating to 6.4 the problem did not disappear. All repeats

    Hello,

    Please restore the site from the backup, deactivate all the plugins, update the theme, update the plugins in Appearance > Install plugins.

    Then activate the plugins in Appearance > Install plugins and then activate other plugins one by one to detect which one causes the problem. We recommend updating other plugins as well before activating.

    Unfortunately your suggestions don’t work. The problem remains, only the frequency of its occurrence changes.

    You already said once that you will fix this problem in update 6.3.

    But so far nothing has happened. As far as I understand, I’m not the only one facing this situation.

    I believe my previous comment was deleted….

    I´m suffering the same problem. I only have the plugins that came with the theme installed.
    I cant detect when this happens because this happens sometimes.

    I would try to attach a jpg when it happens the next time.

    Developer:
    For some reason the first time you load a page you made changes on, some stylesheets are added all over the html.
    Attached image1.jpg: Why are those stylesheets there after the h3 tag?

    What i ended up doing is enabling Combine CSS files in Theme Settings > Performance > CSS
    It seems to be preventing the issue (i say preventing because this still needs to be fixed by the developer)

    This solution ended up breaking some css, for example with the Accordion in Content (image2.jpg) in the product single page. So keep that in mind, you´ll have to fix that some stuff.

    More than two weeks have passed, tell me, have you ever discussed this topic?
    The problem remains. Still there is an error connecting styles, I already sent you a screen of the error (as well as a member of this forum “powas”).

    powas: I’ve tried disabling minification, but I agree that many of the styles that used to work don’t work now. BUT – the problem with connecting styles remains.

    P, S, – team when will you solve this issue?
    I can’t give you access to my site, unfortunately.
