creativedays.grParticipantHello,
I am writing regarding an issue I am experiencing with translating custom tabs (titles and content) and size guides between my two site languages.
To begin with, I have enabled the custom tabs option in the theme settings. I then created two custom tabs in Greek:
The first tab contains text created with Elementor, set to appear in every product.
The second tab is a size guide, also created with Elementor, set to appear only on specific products based on a product tag. This Elementor element has the “Inherit current product” option enabled (see screenshot).
For the rest of the website, I am using Polylang to translate pages, products, and other content.
My question is: Is it possible to translate these custom tabs using Polylang, and if so, how?
At the moment, the same Greek custom tabs appear on both the Greek and English versions of the products (see screenshot).Thank you in advance for your assistance.

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
We have fixed the issue in the updated theme 8.3.8 version. Please update the theme and plugins, then translate the custom tabs in all languages.
Best Regards.

creativedays.grParticipantHello,
Your response time is always amazing!
I can confirm that the custom tab translations are working, with what appears to be a minor limitation. When the tab title field is left empty and the default title is used, it displays correctly in both languages. However, if a custom title is entered (see screenshot), that title appears on the front end for both languages. The tab content itself is translated correctly, which is why I consider this a minor issue, as leaving the title field empty resolves it.
However, the Size Guides cannot be translated in the same way. I am unable to find the language flags that would allow me to assign a size guide to a specific language and then add its translation, as is possible with the custom tabs (see screenshot).
Is there a way to apply the same translation functionality to the Size Guides as well?
Thank you in advance for your assistance.
Kind regards,
GiannisAttachments:

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
We have reviewed your website and, in our opinion, translating the Size Guides may not be necessary in your case. You can create separate Size Guides for each language and either:
- Select the appropriate one in the meta boxes for each product, or
- Assign the correct Size Guide to the relevant product category in the Size Guide settings.
However, if you still need to translate the Size Guides, you can use the following code:
add_filter( 'pll_get_post_types', 'wd_add_cpt_to_pll', 10, 2 ); function wd_add_cpt_to_pll( $post_types, $is_settings ) { $post_types['my_cpt'] = 'woodmart_size_guide'; return $post_types; }Best Regards,
