    Hi
hope this message finds you well.
On mobile devices only, the variation labels (such as color, size, etc.) are displaying the word “undefined” instead of the correct attribute values. This issue does not occur on desktop browsers, where the variations work and display properly.
It seems like the attribute values are not being loaded or rendered correctly in the mobile version, causing these placeholder texts to appear.
Could you please assist me in identifying the cause and provide a solution? If you need any further information or access to the site for debugging, please let me know. Now, so that it doesn’t look like that, I’ve hidden it.

    Thank you

We have reviewed your site but do not see the aforementioned issue on a real mobile device (screenshot https://monosnap.ai/file/2uJ0Lj6Sp5x2dQ3TWcpRMeBnvQeUD6). Please provide us with precise instructions on how to replicate this problem.

Also, before testing, please disable all third-party plugins except for those we specified in the previous response, to ensure that this issue isn’t caused by one of them .

    Kind Regards

    Hello,

The problem occurs only on mobile devices and only when the user has a Greek IP. On desktop, or when using a VPN from another country, everything works correctly. The <span class=”wd-attr-selected”> elements display undefined, even though using jQuery ($(‘.wd-swatch’).first().attr(‘data-value’)) returns the correct color.
We have tested disabling all plugins, clearing cache, and turning off AJAX price refresh the issue persists.

    Thank you

    Hello,

We have investigated your issue using the updated conditions, but we still could not reproduce the problem.

We used a VPN to access your site from Greece (as you mentioned here: https://xtemos.com/forums/topic/issue-with-variation-labels-showing-undefined-on-mobile-devices/#post-690628) using both a desktop Chrome browser with mobile view enabled (as you noted here: https://xtemos.com/forums/topic/issue-with-variation-labels-showing-undefined-on-mobile-devices/#post-690620) and real mobile devices both Chrome and Safari.

Despite trying several devices with various combinations of browsers and locations, the text of your variation labels looked normal in every case.

    Please see the attached videos:
    – Video showing variation labels in a desktop browser with mobile view enabled, accessed from Greece: https://monosnap.ai/file/FlcRlSNDscBajY0VF2KIDtFJyTtEuP
    – Video showing variation labels on a real mobile device, accessed from Greece: https://monosnap.ai/file/5wYb8b4BDuE7H0GRzHX75vJyQOakmz

Unfortunately, since we cannot reproduce this problem, we are unable to provide a solution. Without direct observation of the issue, we can only speculate about its cause. By default, neither our theme nor WooCommerce variations have any technical connection to geolocation, making this dependency very difficult to explain without seeing the problem firsthand.

In your replies, regarding seeing the issue on a real mobile device, you mentioned that you do not see it on the desktop Chrome browser with mobile view enabled. If you only ever see the issue when using that specific browser and device setup, please try accessing the site using a different device and a different browser, viewing the site when you are logged out, using an incognito/private window. This will help confirm whether the issue is related to your device’s settings, a specific browser on your computer, browser extensions (such as ad blockers or translation tools), site cache or local cache and data.

    Kind Regards

    Hello,

However, the issue does not only appear on my device we have tested it on multiple real mobile devices, and the problem is still there.
I saw your videos, and I believe the issue might not show because of the way you tested it.
Please make sure to fully reload the page using an incognito/private window simply refreshing the page or changing IP (with VPN) may not be enough because of how LiteSpeed cache works. The cache may not clear instantly or reflect changes immediately, especially on mobile.
    Also, please note that:
The issue started in the last 2 weeks
No significant changes were made on our side except for some plugin/theme updates
The problem happens only on mobile devices, not desktop
At this point, the only workaround I have is to downgrade to a previous version, but I would prefer to first identify the root cause why the variation labels are not loading correctly on mobile.
If you need access to a staging site or temporary credentials to investigate further, I’m happy to provide them.

I can give you anydesk, teamviewer.

    Thank you

We checked this issue again using various VPN servers but had no luck replicating it. In this case, please send us your AnyDesk access details. We are available to check the site today until 6 PM EEST.

We also want to let you know that we will need your permission to disable plugins during the debugging process.

By cleaning the hosting cause, the layout has been ruined.

    Hello,

They also cleaned up the hosting, with the result that the variation is now correct, but the CSS is broken. If you can fix it. I don’t know if it was like this for a long time and the causes were simply hiding it.so maybe that was the problem that it wasn’t loading properly. I also found a copy a long time ago and it’s exactly that which means it was caused by the hosting. How will the layout be corrected now?

Hello, after updating to Woodmart 8.3 my single product pages have spacing/layout issues.
Could you please provide me with a download link for version 8.2.1 so I can roll back?

I’ve tried everything and it doesn’t fix it.The layout on Desktop is broken. I did a restore days ago when the problem wasn’t there and it didn’t change. I’ve checked the database, it’s not a plugin. All this was created by cleaning up the cause hosting.Which means that it was like that and the cause was hidden. I can’t think of anything else, I’ve tried everything and I haven’t found a solution. Can you find a solution for me? What happened?

The problem is solved, all this was related to a bug, I went back to the latest version and fixed it and now the layout is correct and undefined is no longer showing. This was related and was hidden in the hosting because once the cleanup was complete the reason why the js was not loading appeared. The ticket can be closed.
