    Hey Support.

Funnelkit have offered to help fix an issue and wanted me to log a fault with you first; I have purchased the themes from you and am using woodmart.

The issue I encounter is when a product has a video attached, either MOV upload or Youtube upload, that it doesn’t resize the media to the image container properly. I’ve tried to disable to container with CSS and jQuery but not having any luck.

You can replicate by going to custom cart https://shop.scanimals.net/index.php/checkouts/checkout-3/ and changing the options of a product

    many thanks in advance

    Please see https://shop.scanimals.net/index.php/product/flexi-cat/
click to add to cart, then go to test cart at https://shop.scanimals.net/index.php/checkouts/checkout-3/
scroll down the page and for the flexi car, click “Choose option” which will open modal and this is where we are having issues where the images for video are all broken.

the developer of FunnelKit is happy to work with you to fix this

    Hello,

Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like WooCommerce Storefront to understand if it is our theme issue or not?

    Best Regards.

this slider doesn’t come on the native checkout pages of the WC.

The slider is not able to push the videos on the custom checkout page.

Is there any custom code or filter or hook to forward the slider video on the checkout page?
And is there the same to ignore videos ?

    Hello,

Sorry but there is no option in Theme Settings available for that.

It requires customizations and this is beyond our limitations and support policy.

is there any CSS that can be used to disable the videos so we can sell our products?

    Hello,

Unfortunately, there is no such an option. Such modification requires complicated WooCommerce code customization which is not covered by our support.

    Best Regards.
