Issue with widget

Hi, we have web in 3 languages.
When you visit for example english version of the web, you can see in the bottom Heureka badge. Its in Footer-1 widget.
But when you check Czech version, there is something else.
I need to have in zech verion also heureka badge. Can you please try to have a look and repair the issue?

But I hve choosen “ALL LANGUAGES” there right? SO ti should apply for all three languages at once no?
