salah.e.zribiParticipantI am experiencing an intermittent issue with my WoodMart template. At times, the website works perfectly, but from time to time it shows an error. When I deactivate the template, my website works without any problem.
Could you please help me investigate and resolve this issue? I can provide screenshots, error logs, or access details if needed.
Thank you for your assistance.
Best regards,

Artem TemosKeymasterHi,
500 Internal Error is a generic error that indicates an issue on the server and can be caused by different things. Anyway, to understand its nature, you need to check your server error logs or enable PHP error display on the website. If you can’t do this, you need to contact your hosting provider for help in this question. Here is an article that may help you understand the error better http://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-fix-the-internal-server-error-in-wordpress/

salah.e.zribiParticipantHi,
I got the error shown in the attached screenshot.
I also noticed the following:When I disable WooCommerce, the website works fine.
When I disable the theme, the website also works fine.
But if I keep both WooCommerce and the theme active, the website doesn’t work and I get the error.
Could you please check this conflict and let me know how to resolve it?

Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
These messages don’t contain actual errors on the server. You need to contact your server’s provider for help on this matter. Most likely, there is not enough memory on the server.
Kind Regards
