Issue with WP Fastest Cache

Hi there, I got an issue with WP Fastest Cache Premium. Inside “my account” the name showed is not mine. Also the customers told me that shows this name. If I try to clean the cache the issue solved. What could cause this problem? I attached some screenshots about my preferences. Thank you!
