web-maniaParticipantHi,
after we have upgraded the theme, we have noticed the below issues:
Header:
1. Wishlist (we need to display the icon only, however; no mater what selection we make, it always shows “0 Wishlist”)
2. Cart icon does not show any more the counterResponsive:
1. By viewing the website in mobile, the menu does not function at all.October 30, 2019 at 11:44 am #153427
Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
1) I have test your site the Wishlist not always shown the zero. It shows the actual number of products that we added to our wishlist: https://jmp.sh/CTWoahc
2) Your cart icon did not shown the counter due to your customization in child theme. You can check in the below screenshot when I used icon with downward counter it displaying:
https://jmp.sh/tmDCzoP3) Your mobile menu is not working due to your customization in the child theme.
Best Regards.

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterMost Welcome,
Wishlist text also shown due to your customization. In your parent theme only the wishlist icon is shown and not the text.

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterMost Welcome,
I can’t exactly tell you which file from your child theme is responsible for those issues.
To hide the Wishlist label you can use the below CSS code in global custom CSS are under theme settings:.whb-general-header-inner .wishlist-label{ display:none; }Your burger menu is not openable in your child theme because the link tag is missing in your hamburger.

And your cart counter issue is already solved.
Best Regards.

web-maniaParticipantGood morning Aizaz,
i dont understand this, but we didn’t have any issues before the upgrade, and i just confirmation from our developers that they didn’t touch anything, we even removed our entire CSS on our child theme, and we still had an issue
e.g.
1. Wishlist name not being visible if we choose only icon, this is fixed now by adding the CSS that you have provided me
2. The right section of the menu goes on 2 lines if we choose different type of icons e.g. icon total and counter, you can check it now live
3. Menu, still dont get this, since only use the theme settings, no one have touched the code buddy after the upgrade.can you please check and get back to me please.
and still am not sure if we will face any other issues, but if that happens then surely i will get back to you. but for now i need the above to be sorted please.
Thank you for your understanding.

web-maniaParticipantalso, if you are not logged in, the wishlist icon appears twice! have you noticed that?
October 31, 2019 at 8:20 am #153717
Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
Actually that might be possible that the customization you made in your child theme does not supported in the current version of the theme which you are using. That’s why those issues shown. Also your developers might customize some files directly. So removing just the custom CSS is not the solution.
1) I’m glad that your wishlist issue is resolved.
2) Yes the right section of the menu goes on 2 lines because you styled it in this way. In the parent theme it shown alright.
Screenshot for clarification: https://jmp.sh/A2QZkVz
3) Also the mobile menu works in your parent theme: https://jmp.sh/OPBFi2N
So it’s not a theme issue. Its due to your developers customizations.
Yes the wishlist icon appears twice. It seems your site or server cache. Because in the header builder it is just one icon. Kindly clear your site and browser cache.
Also you are using an old version of theme currently. You can update your theme to the latest version.
Best Regards.

web-maniaParticipantHi Aizaz,
Yes, you were right, our developer copied some wrong CSS and has caused all those issues to appear, so all is good.
thank you
