    Hello,

WordPress has been upgraded to version 7, and now I am experiencing problems. In the Checkout section, I am unable to configure the customer form. Specifically, the Checkout Fields Manager is not working; nothing I set up is functioning properly. A major issue is that I cannot make the phone number field mandatory.

Also, the quantity option is missing. I cannot remove an item from this section, I do not have the option to change the quantity of an item, and I cannot click on an item to view it.

    Hello,

Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site, and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then, activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.

Otherwise, if the issue still exists, then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and share the WP admin login details of your site so I can check and give you a possible solution.

    Best Regards

    Hello,

I have a question regarding WooCommerce Checkout compatibility with the Woodmart theme.

I created a fresh WordPress 7 installation with the latest versions of WooCommerce and Woodmart. By default, WooCommerce uses the new Checkout Block.

However, I’ve noticed that several Woodmart checkout features don’t seem to work with the Checkout Block. For example, some checkout form field customization options and other checkout-related theme settings are not applied.

On an older website (updated from a previous version), everything still works correctly because it uses the classic checkout.

    My questions are:

Does Woodmart officially recommend using the WooCommerce Checkout Block or the Classic Checkout ([woocommerce_checkout])?
Are all Woodmart checkout features fully compatible with the new Checkout Block?
If not, is the Classic Checkout still the recommended option when using Woodmart, especially for projects that require checkout customization?

I would appreciate your guidance on the recommended approach for new WooCommerce installations using Woodmart.

    Thank you!

    Hello,

Set the checkout with the theme’s template, which means remove the “Checkout” element in Gutenberg and define the [woocommerce_checkout] shortcode to show the checkout page, then recheck the issue.

    Best Regards
