Issues during Sign In to the account

I am facing a problem with login. If users fill in login details (username & password) and click on the login button, the sidebar login menu closes automatically. The user has to fill in the details again to log in to the account.

The issue seems to be caused due to caching. Please deactivate the cache plugin and check back.

Thanks for the reply. Is there a way to disable/hide the collapsed sidebar login feature? If a user clicks on login/register text, instead of a login/register collapsed sidebar, my-account page open?

Please Go to Woodmart >> Header builder >> Edit header >> Edit My account and disable show login form.

Thanks for the reply. I have one more question in the mind.

I have made changes as shown in the video. Now if a user clicks on the login/register text, the user redirects to a my-account page. After login, they redirect back to my-account page. Is there a way, if a user login to the account, after login they redirect to a custom page E.G example.com/product-category/abcd/ ?

Sorry but there is no option in Theme Settings available for that.

It requires customizations and this is beyond our limitations and support policy.
