Issues Encountered After Theme Update

Dear xtemos Support Team,

I recently updated the theme to the latest version and have encountered several problems:

On the shop page, the hover effects for products, specifically “icons on hover,” are no longer functioning as they used to. The buttons now appear vertically, and the images do not change when hovered over with the mouse.

On the single product page, the product images and thumbnails are stacked one below the other in the slider.

Also, on the single product page, the ‘product extra content’ section no longer displays related products.

Upon initial checks, I am receiving Java errors related to new files that were not present in previous versions of the theme.

Could you please assist in resolving these issues?

Due to the issues encountered, the website and sales have been put under maintenance. In order to view the website and gain access to the dashboard, I would need your email to create a user account.

Please, disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us with your admin access. We will log in and check what is wrong there. You can leave only the following plugins that are required for our theme:
WoodMart core
WooCommerce
Elementor/WPBakery page builder
You can use any random email and share the access here, using the Private content field.

I found the error and fixed it, it was the old woocommerce files overwritten in the child theme.

Just one last request, can I hide “Show sidebar” from the filter bar?

We are glad that you sorted it out. You can disable the off-canvas sidebar in Theme Settings -> Product archive -> Sidebar https://gyazo.com/f36fffa8ae5d1ad49276615af8ba6361
