1. The customized option looks incomplete—please check the screenshot.
2. Upon clicking “Edit with Elementor,” the page does not load. It says open in safe mode.

01. I checked your screenshot, and the available options under Appearance > Customize (Site Identity, Menus, Widgets, Homepage Settings, WooCommerce, Additional CSS, etc.) appear to be loading correctly.
Could you please clarify which customization options you believe are missing?
