Issues on first rendering

Did you install the theme on a net WordPress or existing site? If it was the existing site, please restore the site from the backup and insert the credentials into the Private content below the message area, I will help to install it.

If it was net WordPress installation, please check HTTP and HTTPS configuration: https://domain.com is the actual site URL, however, http://domain.com is used in Dashboard > Settings > General. In this case, it is necessary to configure URLs correctly.

In addition, contact the host support and ask them to disable security mode.

thank you for your answer.

The wordpress installation was from scratch (net). We don’t want disable the SSL and HTTPS for security reason we need them. However we noted the same bug also in HTTP. I think the bug could be related to the theme, it seems to be something strange on Categories Menu and rendering. Please can you check more about it and let us know how to solve this issue soon?

Please insert the site credentials into the Private content below the text message, when you upload a demo all the theme settings will be changed.

I have made a full backup of your site, I have separately created the file with all the content.
Now I suggest resetting all, upload the demo, then configure the site as per your needs, delete unnecessary demo pages, posts, products by means of the demo, and finally upload the file with your cont.

In this case, you can upload a demo.

Alternatively, you can configure the site as per your needs without uploading a demo. Please advise what header builder you want, which home page, and what footer. I will help to upload all. Please advise your final decision, I think the second way is better taking into consideration you want to keep the configuration you have already done.

All the content remains the same. As soon as you chose the header and I upload it, it would show the WoodMart logo and would look exactly as on the demo, the menu will be from your site. You will configure the heard: change logo, add and remove elements, then we do the same with the footer.

Then you will choose the template for the home page content.

Please chose the footer and header.

WPBakery Page Builder or Elementor
Woodmart Core
Contact Form 7
MailChimp for WordPress
WooCommerce
Safe SVG

If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

done. I deactivated the plugins and now it’s better even if on first loading and clicking you can see a strange red colour appearing. It seems to be a background loading of a menu part. So, not solved actually. Please how to fix it?
