Issues with Displaying HTML Block in Footer Section

I go to the widget customization and in the Footer 1 section, I try to drag the HTML block I created. Everything seems fine in that section, but when I view it on the front-end, it doesn’t show up. The footer remains empty in that section. Why could this be happening?
