Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.
Otherwise, if the issue still exists, then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and share the WP admin login details of your site so I can check and give you a possible solution.

2303805254ParticipantI provided the website login information. Could you please log in and help troubleshoot the issue? I would like to check if it was caused by the caching plugin, as the problem only appeared after updating the theme version.
March 2, 2026 at 8:26 am #710422Hello,
It seems to be a cache issue on your site. Please try to disable CloudFlare CDN temporarily and clear all types of cache, and double-check the issue.

2303805254ParticipantThis might be caused by a caching plugin. Could you help me check which content I need to exclude from the caching plugin?
Clearing my CDN only temporarily restored the cache. My CDN only caches static files.

2303805254ParticipantIt has been restored, please try again.
March 6, 2026 at 10:36 am #711211Hello,
Since the issue appears specifically in the related products section on the single product page and clearing the CDN cache temporarily fixes it, it is most likely caused by caching. Please try excluding the single product pages or the related products section from your caching/CDN rules.
You can add exclusions such as:
/product/* /?wc-ajax=*After adding these rules, please clear all caches from your caching plugin and CDN and check the issue again.
If the problem still persists, please temporarily disable the caching plugin and CDN to confirm whether the issue is fully related to caching.Best Regards

2303805254ParticipantI’ve found that this issue doesn’t occur on all product pages. I’ve already disabled the caching plugin, cleared the Cloudflare cache, and enabled Developer Mode. However, the problem still persists when accessing the site using a freshly installed browser.
This issue appeared right after I updated the WoodMart theme to version 8.4.0, which was released on February 23, 2026.
Could you please help me troubleshoot this issue further?
March 9, 2026 at 6:38 pm #711757Hello,
We checked your website and noticed that the issue is caused by the selected fit-content setting:
https://monosnap.ai/file/4DokD9URbTjhM2FDB4pA7BloIKGFsSOnce you remove it, the layout should display correctly.
However, if you believe the issue was caused by the update, please install the previous version on a test site so we can compare and further investigate the problem.

2303805254ParticipantHello,
If I want to restore the normal display, what settings should I configure?
March 10, 2026 at 4:07 pm #711920Hello,
To restore the normal display of the products, please clear the Width option (set it to empty) instead of using fit-content.
You can see where to change it here: https://monosnap.ai/file/EoB1pJkk90DGZbezRgFYswh4Othk1f
After removing this value, the products should display correctly.
Best Regards,
