    Hi there,

With the woodmart theme enabled and you select an option urine test or swab then it doesn’t allow you to carry on in the checkout flow using G Pay or PayPal.
However if you add it to cart, using the button, it works as expected. (see attached videos)

I’ve tested by activating the default Storefront theme and when a urine test or swab is selected then G Pay and PayPal are “Activated” and ready to be clicked on.

So unsure if I’ve missed a setting somewhere or there’s something else.

In addition, is there a method to add an express checkout section to the top of the Checkout page?

    Hi there,

Sorry it seems as though the login provided wasn’t saved, please try again.
FYI. Jetpack plugin cannot be disabled as we’re using wordpress.com for our hosting.

Try the login again and advise.
    Many thanks

Just seen that as we’re using WordPress.com I will need to send you an invite to use the backend.
Please provide me with an email I can send you an invite to and I’ll get this sorted asap for you.

    Thanks

    Hello,

I still cannot log in, there is no option to insert the email into the login form.

Please disable the custom login and provide default access to the site.

    Best Regards

You should be getting an invite into your gmail account ([email protected]). Open the email and accept the invite.
    Check spam folder.

I have re-added the email address again.

    Please advise.
    Thanks

    Hi there,

I’ve managed to temporarily disable WordPress JetPack security settings

If anyone is looking for the way in which to grant Xtemos team access on WordPress.com hosting you go to: Jetpack > Settings > WordPress.com login – and disable “Allow users to log in to this site using WordPress.com accounts”

Please see extra information for new login credentials, which I have checked are working.

    Hi,

I have tried the credentials in an incognito window and it works.

I have added a video for you to see this for yourself with the actual credentials.
I have also created a video on my mobile using data rather than WiFi showing that this works.
I will repost the details in the private details along with the link to the video share.

Maybe you’re using the old admin url? I’ve added a new one for you direct to the /wp-admin
    Please recheck.

    Thanks

    Hi,

I can see that you’ve logged in successfully and stripped everything back to storefront and basic plugins.
Can you advise if you’re anywhere nearer to a solution?

    Thanks
