Issues with reviews section after latest update.

Hello.

We have a couple of issues since the last update with product reviews.

1. We were using the Cusrev plugin but since the update when the plugin is active the reviews do not show. Is this a conflict that woodmart can help with or is it a cusrev plugin issue?

2. When using the native woodmart reviews (no plugins) we are unable to get the reviews to show as two columns.

3. When using the native woodmart reviews (no plugins) when we click on a reviews page the whole product page reloads rather than just the review tab section. Is this normal behaviour as it’s not very elegant?

1. Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?

2. Please, send us your admin access so we can check what is wrong with the settings.

3. Yes, it is how it works by default in WooCommerce and our theme doesn’t influence it.

1. The Cusrev reviews module worked find until this latest update. It also works okay with other themes such as the standard Storefront.

3. Oh I see. That’s a bit cumbersome compared to Cusrev and similar review systems.

How did you get to this screen? So are you saying that we have to go through each product page and change the settings to two columns for the reviews tab?

Okay I see it in the Woodmart layout section for the product pages so what is the reviews section in the Theme settings for?

Hello,

Theme Settings works with a default single product page layout. When you create a custom layout you can control it via Elementor. It allows you to configure the reviews layout differently for each layout.

So how to control the reviews section so that the reviews show on the left and the review form shows on the right side in desktop mode? We have tried all combinations but cannot get it to appear like this (like in your new electronics demo)
