issues with sign up to our newsletter for a discount pop up

We are using Woodmart v.7.4.3 theme for wordpress v.6.4.3 for wooCommerce. we enabled Pop-up for 10% Discount by newsletter submition using one HTML block.
We set it show pop-up after visiting second page. It’s work as well but when you submit your email in pop-up subscription field and click on the submit, no approval message or email coming and pop-up close and after seconds the popup will sho back again. this pop up never close! also we got several spam registration by robots after activating the pop-up.
My questions are:
1.⁠ ⁠how we can make sure don’t let to submit spam registration by online robots?
2.⁠ ⁠how we can make sure the email submited by user? for example sending an email to us and client also.
3.⁠ ⁠how we can close pop-up after submition? because it’s back after submition!

1. WoodMart theme as well as any other theme does not influence that, please try to find plugins for this purpose, some most popular plugins: Jetpack, Captcha, WordFence, etc.

+ Using a plugin like WP Mail SMTP to handle email delivery.

+ It maybe email-related restrictions or issues on the server that could be causing the problem. They might be able to provide insights or assistance.
