Issues with the Woodmart child theme

Hello, I’m using Elementor builder, and I’m experiencing an issue with the Woodmart child theme. The problem is the improper display of built-in slides on my homepage and also the product gallery element on the single product page. The Zoom function is not working properly, and the thumbs are not clickable. I believe it has a relation with JavaScript. Switching to the parent theme solves the issue, and everything is working fine. I tried to uninstall and reinstall the parent and child theme, removing the Prebuilt website and reimporting it, uninstalling Elementor and installing JS Composer, for example, of the errors: net::ERR_FAILED / net::ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED, now I am forced to use the parent theme, and I am afraid of updating and losing data scince my site have a huge number of products and there SEO data which took a lot of effort, please help
