bakarichst92Participant1. Is there a way to keep the header white once scrolled? I followed your steps and am left with this: https://gyazo.com/639b099c4d1ebdfbfca8d55be000ff86
My goal is to have this: https://gyazo.com/cdd8dff96d2ebe6289ccfa266c5e290f then this: https://gyazo.com/c2757553b9dc40e5a92179984bc204be
Is this possible?
2. How can I customize which menu navigation items (top nav) that users see when logged in vs logged out? I want logged-in users to see a different menu than the logged-out users.
Thanks!

Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
1. Could you please provide us your website link and admin access so we can check what to do there?
2. Unfortunately, WordPress menu functionality doesn’t allow to add menu items differently for logged vs logged out visitors.
Regards

bakarichst92ParticipantLink to website: sound.academy
Created temp login for [email protected]Also, I’ve setup Stripe Checkout on my WordPress site, along with Restrict Content Pro.
Here is the code:
[register_form_stripe id=”1″ data-name=”Sound Academy Membership” data-description=”Join today” data-label=”Join Now” data-panel-label=”Join” class=” “]
Currently, it looks like this: https://gyazo.com/bab84e0879cabc62dc9966a44b4e18f6I am wondering how to customize the payment button? How to align the styling with my existing them?
Page: sound.academy/pricing

Artem TemosKeymasterHi,
1. Sorry, but the main header and sticky one (when scrolled) can’t have different colors for menu and texts.
2. Styles for this button are not related and come with some additional plugin installed. You need to perform additional code customization to edit it or contact plugin’s developers for help.
Kind Regards

bakarichst92ParticipantThanks for your response.
Another issue I’m running into is the “Add To Cart” button isn’t showing up for the membership I’m listing on my site.
https://sound.academy/product/membership-1/
I’m using YITH WooCommerce Membership plugin.
How can I make sure the “Add to Cart” button shows up?

Artem TemosKeymasterThis issue is also related to the plugin you use, not to our theme. Contact plugin’s developers for help with that.
Kind Regards

bakarichst92ParticipantAfter deactivating every plugin one-by-one, I found the problem is a plugin your theme uses: Redux Framework.
I had deactivated all other additional plugins I was using, and this was the only one that caused the “Add to Cart” button to return.
Please tell me how this can be fixed ASAP.

bakarichst92ParticipantAlso, is there a way to fix the socials in my footer? They were previously on the far right side of the page until I updated my theme.
They can be seen at Sound.Academy (bottom right footer)
Is there a way to fix this and have them all the way over to the right?
February 14, 2018 at 7:38 am #39633
Artem TemosKeymasterIn this case, please, disable all additional plugins, give us your admin access and provide a screenshot how it should look correctly.
You need to set text align to “right” for your social buttons element in the footer. We didn’t change this option in our last update.
February 14, 2018 at 2:58 pm #39852
bakarichst92ParticipantUnfortunately I cannot provide a screenshot, as the theme will not provide a “Add to Cart” button. I just need customers to be able to add items to cart.
Here is your temporary login for Sound.Academy:
[email protected]All additional plugins have been disabled.
Thank you

Artem TemosKeymasterBut what is the password? 🙂
February 14, 2018 at 3:16 pm #39855
bakarichst92ParticipantSorry! As you can tell I’m not a pro at WP quite yet.
I’m using the plugin “Temporary Login Without Password” so I don’t think you need one.
I created an additional one for the email: [email protected]
Does this email work? Or should I create another?
Thanks again!
February 14, 2018 at 3:22 pm #39856
Artem TemosKeymasterNo problem. Please, send us your admin access better. You don’t need to worry about the security since you can write it into the private content field that will be available for support staffs only.
February 14, 2018 at 8:11 pm #39896
bakarichst92ParticipantSent my credentials through the “Private Content” box earlier. Let me know if you didn’t receive them.
Thanks!
February 15, 2018 at 7:32 am #39922
Artem TemosKeymasterSorry, but we didn’t receive them.
February 15, 2018 at 2:46 pm #40065
bakarichst92ParticipantI sent them again in the Private Content section.
Please help me sort this out asap.
Thanks!
February 15, 2018 at 3:33 pm #40073
Artem TemosKeymasterYou need to disable catalog mode in Theme Settings -> Shop -> Catalog mode.
February 15, 2018 at 4:16 pm #40089
bakarichst92ParticipantJesus. It was that easy.
Thanks again guys, really appreciate your support and everything.
