Hello, I sent a message yesterday about an issue with updating the Woodmart theme I bought 5 months ago, but I haven’t received a reply.
Every time there’s an update, I can’t update the theme in the normal way. I’ve to delete the old version and manually upload the new one. This is already causing some loss of customisations and small amounts of data.
Can you please let me know how to fix this? I’d prefer an option other than manually uploading the theme, as I’ve been doing this since I bought it.
