It appears "blank" when add "text/html" on "header builder"

    Hello,
    When I add a new “text/html” on header builder, it jumped out nothing but a blank board.

    Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we can check it?

    Sorry, but we are not able to check it without FTP now. We see some errors in the console and we have to troubleshoot it editing your website files.

    Could you tell me how to fix it by myself? Or which file may caused the issue. Then I could find the file and get it to you.

    We don’t know where is the problem now. It is not our theme bug but some conflict. That is why we need your website FTP access.

    Now I could use “html blocks” instead of “text”, and it is better. problem solved. thanks
