It seems that this purchase code is already activated

Hello there!
Today I received another license for your template. I installed it on my new website and started editing it. But when I enter the license code, I get one of two errors:
“Unable to connect to the API server. Please contact your hosting provider to check the connection to our xtemos.com server. If you need further assistance, please also contact our support center.”
“It looks like this purchase code has already been activated. You can deactivate it in your account on our website.”
As a result, the template isn’t activated and I can’t use the website, but I see it linked to my website in my xtemos.com account. Can you help me resolve this issue?

Thanks for reaching out. Let’s resolve both messages you see:
1) “It looks like this purchase code has already been activated”
– One license can be used on 1 live domain plus 1 development (staging) domain.
– Please log in to xtemos.com/my-account, open Your purchase codes, find the code, and click Deactivate next to any old or unused domain.
– Then on your site go to Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Theme License and activate again. If this is a staging site, enable the Development Domain option during activation.
2) “Unable to connect to the API server”
– This indicates your server can’t reach our xtemos.com server. Please ask your hosting provider to check and allow the connection to xtemos.com over HTTPS, then try activation again from WoodMart -> Theme License.

1. I tried this. The license at xtemos.com/my-account was correct for the correct domain, but it wasn’t activated on the website. I unlinked the license and tried adding it again on the website. I got the error “The API server can’t be reached. Please contact your hosting provider to check the connectivity with our xtemos.com server. If you need further help, please contact our support center too.” And nothing changed. Then I went to xtemos.com/my-account and saw that the link was there and correct. But the template still hasn’t been activated in the website admin panel.
2. I asked the provider about this, thanks. But is there a way to resolve this if there are any restrictions?
