Your issue has been resolved. You’re using the margin that is why it moves upward. Or you can use the Navigator (Structure) to access the section, columns or widgets.

You have enabled the option make it overlap from header builder > Settings > Make the header overlap the content that’s why the header overlaps over the content. If you want header overlap then you can use the Navigator (Selector) In the page builder to edit the sections.
