Item Purchase Code: not working

I activated theme at luxterpoli.com and on my local pc for test purpose, After that I delete all activation from https://xtemos.com/ and tried to reactivate theme at luxterpoli.com but it doesn’t accept Purchase Code, Could you please support me in this case,
In same case my themeforest account has been blocked so I can’t check if the domains are showing in themeforest account.

As we can see, your license key is no longer valid. Maybe it is caused by the fact that your account is locked by ThemeForest. You need to contact Envato and ask to unlock your account. Otherwise, you will not be able to use the license because it is generated and verified by ThemeForest.
