items not adding to cart

My site got deleted and its essentially back to scratch now, heartbreaking like you wouldnt believe..
The issue at the moment is that some customers are adding items to cart but its not adding, could you advise a potential solution please?

Please deactivate the plugins not related to our theme and check the issue. Then activate the plugins one by one, checking add to cart functionality and you will detect which one causes the problem.

Bluehost just made some awful choices and deleted it by accident, its cost me potentially thousands and they dont care.. You can imagine my stress today.

That plugin is a tables plugin and worked perfectly before, I know that is not the issue.
Apparently its when you add items to cart, they’re just not building in the cart.
Its working for me, just not some customers so im not sure, I’ve asked them to purge the cache etc but the issue is still there, maybe an Ajax issue?

Please try to disable AJAX add to cart for the product page, navigate to the Theme settings > Product page and find the option http://prntscr.com/pd7ncf
