Hey i have set the ‘products per row’ to 5

why does 6 still remain ??

Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we can check it?

last time i did that i disabled some plugins that we needed and it caused issues .

to be honest i dont know exact plugins that are needed or not

theme options?

little bit broad melvin , where/what you thinking in theme options .

im pretty sure if you check the screen shot, that is the right area to set the products per row

You can disable all plugins except this list

WPBakery Page Builder
CMB2
Redux Framework
Woodmart Core
WooCommerce

Then we will check what is wrong there.
