We do not have instruction. If you still have problem, check with your host support, if your mail is properly configured.

woodmart theme is not showing error/success message.
I’ve tested with twenty twenty theme It’s showing message as attachment.

Please provide the site admin access to the private area we shall check the custom CSS you have added. Please provide the page URL with the form. We shall also check in on a default theme.

One think I’ve noticed that success message showing but error message not.
