Java for filter function

is it possible via Java to reach that there would not create more url with the filters ?

thanks for your fast reply. Before we go live with the new website my seo-agent crawlt the site and she said that all the filters will generate a lot of URLS which a not necessary. To turn this of she asked for a Java turnaround or something like this.
