Javascript conflict on header builder

Hi, we bought a plugin https://codecanyon.net/item/modal-login-register-forgotten-wordpress-plugin/5433514 and installed it on Woodmart. When we activated this plugin all the options on header builder are hidden. we reported the issue to the plugin developer but he says there is a javascript issue on woodmart, he send me a screenshot https://jmp.sh/8istYRj I don´t know where is the issue and if it’s true that the problem isn’t on your side or his side.

If the problem occurs only when the plugin is active, then there is some JS conflict between our theme and the plugin. Sorry, but we don’t declare support for this plugin.

Don´t worry Artem, we can survive without this plugin if the developer doesn’t give it a solution. It would be a good idea to implement this modal in Woodmart.
