eroweglanaParticipantHi I’m having some issues with the Basel theme and some possible plugin conflicts. I’ve created a staging site and cloned the website. Deactivated all plug-ins and left only the basel theme active. The following errors appear in the console:
SyntaxError: missing ) after argument list[Learn More] plugins.php:707:135
TypeError: $product_images.sortable is not a function[Learn More] admin.js:426:17
Can you please help me sort out these issues so that i know at least any other errors i get when reactivating plugins won’t be affected by these 2 errors.

Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme, switch to the parent theme and provide us your FTP access so we can check it?
Thank you in advance
January 29, 2019 at 2:53 pm #104728
eroweglanaParticipantHi yes, all plugins are deactivated. Only Basel theme is activated.
FTP access info attached

Artem TemosKeymasterWe see that you modified our theme files. Please, remove all your customization or better install a fresh version downloaded from ThemeForest.

eroweglanaParticipantI’ve only added custom CSS. The only mods to the theme files are mods i requested from Basel support like removing the names below product categories. If I install fresh installation of Basel will all my general customisation be lost. (colour scheme etc?)

Artem TemosKeymasterIf you will reinstall the theme you will not lose any data or customization. Anyway, do this on your development website.

eroweglanaParticipantThank you, I’ve reinstalled the Basel theme. It did get rid of the first error but I am still left with the following error:
TypeError: $product_images.sortable is not a function[Learn More] admin.js:426:17
This error appears with no plugins active, only the Basel theme. Can you please advise on a fix?

Artem TemosKeymasterThe password seems to be wrong and we can’t access to check it.
January 31, 2019 at 11:51 am #105124
eroweglanaParticipantPlease try again with below info:
January 31, 2019 at 11:52 am #105125
eroweglanaParticipantPassword update:

eroweglanaParticipantRemove “amp;” from the password. It adds those characters when i pasted above for some reason
January 31, 2019 at 11:54 am #105129
Artem TemosKeymasterWhere exactly do you see this error?
January 31, 2019 at 11:56 am #105133
eroweglanaParticipantIn Dashboard pages; Media, Plugins, Tools to name a few.
January 31, 2019 at 11:58 am #105134
Artem TemosKeymasterTry to install and activate all the plugins related to our theme first.
January 31, 2019 at 12:01 pm #105135
eroweglanaParticipantOkay, I’ve activated CMB2, Mailchimp For WordPress, Redux Framework, WPBakery Page Builder, XTHEMOS Post Type Plugin. Error still appears.
