    Hello,

I have a problem with Woodmart, I can’t see the listings I create with JetEngine on the frontpage.

If I change the theme to “Hello” for example, you can see them correctly.

I would like to know if you are already aware of this problem and if there is a solution to this.

I look forward to hearing from you. Thank you.

    Hello,

Could you please provide your site admin access to the private area and attach a few screenshots or a video of where you see the problem? So I will check it on your side.

Looking forward to collaborating with you!

    Kind Regards

    Hello,

I attach the access link below and the website where I can’t see the list. You can change the template if you wish to see what happens.

Please do not disable all plugins, I have already done this and found no difference. Just by changing the template, you will see that it works correctly.

If you need any other info, please let me know. Thanks

    Hello,

I have resubmitted the link, but your platform has returned the attached error.

Can you confirm that you have received the link? Thank you

    Hi,

When I try to submit something to this topic, your platform returns this error.

    Hi Luke,

Sorry, I add a page with error in extra information.

This website is where the error in the listing lies. If you change the theme, you can see how it is displayed correctly.

I appreciate your prompt response. Thank you.

    Hi Luke,

I have tested the token in a private window, and it works correctly, can you check it again by copying and pasting it into the browser?

Anyway, I am attaching the link again.

I look forward to hearing from you. Thank you.
