Joinchat button is not working on woodmart

Hello, i need help with the Joinchat button.

The plugin, it’s working right when the wordpress admin user is logged. But not work for the public (Guest users), is not visible.

Hello,

Try to clear the browser and server cache then recheck the issue.

Also, the access is wrong – https://take.ms/xCEMK, please update it. And send me screenshot of that “Joinchat” button.
