JS Error by Woodmart Core

Hi there! We use the plugin Extra Product Options & Add-Ons for WooCommerce to display extra product options. Currently we are experiencing an JS Error wth the woodmart core plugin that prevents proper loading:

“For the German product this happens because there is a JS error on your page from the theme: https://prnt.sc/64f5Vd44tygF which prevents the initialization of the plugin since when that error happens every other JS execution is stopped. When I disable the plugin “Woodmart Core” the error goes away and the options appear again. You should contact the theme developer about this. The particular error happens with our plugin disabled as well.”

We only experience this issue on selected products:

We don`t experience this issue on others as well as English translations (wpml):
https://delayon-eyewear.com/shop/pulse/

We have just noticed, that some of the errors are related to the productimagesgallery – we currently have a dfferent issue/open ticket, caused by the product images php… maybe there is a connection?

Hi there! So we tried to replicate the issue on a staging site, but the Js error does not occur.
We also tried to duplicate the product, but we don‘s see an issue here either.

We need to test it without extra plugins on your website. It is likely to be related to some of them so we need to see how it works without plugins and then you can turn them back one by one.

So we found a way to reproduce this error:
1. Enter trouble shooting mode
2. Activate:
Theme: Woodmart (Child)
PlugIns: Woocommerce, WP Page Bakery, Classic editor, All WPML Plugins (!needed! to display the correct language).

Now check the URL – you should see the Extra product add ons displayed as radio buttons.

3: Activate Woodmart Core PlugIn – you will see the radio buttons disappear.

No need to do a surgery on a living patient.

Doesn`t work.

We tried removing it and it doesn`t work.

The custom layout of this product is identical to the english version and other products – all where the plugin works without any issues.

There must be something different between the products on a product level thats causing this issue. As i said: layouts are identical as well as actual product descriptions. So there must be something off with how this particular product is saved or loaded.

Please remove the duplicated gallery so we can test how it works without it.

We have tested it before and it didn’t work.
We have now created the layout Sunglasses: Bio/Fair (duplicate) and removed the mobile gallery, for you to see yourself.
