supp0rtParticipantHello,
I am using the Video Player element that the theme provides, and when I try to press the play button (link is added from youtube) I get the following JS error
Uncaught TypeError: t is undefined videoPoster /wp-content/themes/woodmart/js/scripts/elements/video.min.js?ver=7.2.3:1 jQuery 10 videoPoster /wp-content/themes/woodmart/js/scripts/elements/video.min.js?ver=7.2.3:1 <anonymous> /wp-content/themes/woodmart/js/scripts/elements/video.min.js?ver=7.2.3:1 jQuery 13 file: video.min.js:1:185
And the video player never starts. This site is in development, so you can not have direct access. I have provided in the Private Content the IP, so you can check and let me know.
Let me know your thoughts

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
On your Site, can you please once make sure your WoodMart theme and Core plugin is updated to the latest version and then check back the issue again on your Site. If it is not updated then you can update the Theme and Core following the Documentation Guide:
https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/update-the-theme/If the issue still persists after updating the Theme and Core plugin, then could you please once try deactivating all the third party Plugins on your Site, remaining the Theme required ones activated. If the issue gets resolved, then reactivate them one by one to see which Plugin is causing the issue.
If somehow the issue still persists, then please take complete Backup of your Site first, then provide us the WP-ADMIN Login details of your Site in the Private Content field along with the permission to completely debug your Site which includes deactivating all the third party Plugins and removal of on-Site Customization changes too, so that we can thoroughly check this issue on your Site and assist you accordingly.
Best Regards.

supp0rtParticipantHello,
My answers are below:
On your Site, can you please once make sure your WoodMart theme and Core plugin is updated to the latest version and then check back the issue again on your Site.
A: Both Woodmart/WordPress/Plugins are all up to date. Also, all patched are applied. The issues did not resolve.
If the issue still persists after updating the Theme and Core plugin, then could you please once try deactivating all the third-party Plugins on your Site, remaining the Theme required ones activated.
A: I have deactivated third-party plugins and left only Woodmart Core, woo commerce and wp-bakery active.
Still, the issue did not resolve.I have created a staging site for you to check on your end. Please note that this is a site in development, so the DNS is resolving to the old site. I have provided hosts for you to check this.
I have made a backup of the site. You are free to activate or deactivate as you wish.
Please take note that the domain name has changed since our last communication. So add the staging one and let me know the outcome.
Let me know if you need anything else.

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
I have found that you are using the old version of the theme. Please update the theme to the latest Woodmart 7.2.4 version and update all the theme plugins as well. I am sure your issue will be solved.
Please read and follow the instructions given in the theme documentation here about the theme update:
https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/update-the-theme/Best Regards.

supp0rtParticipantThank you for your feedback on this one.
As of Woodmart version 7.2.4, the issue is not resolved. The only thing I did was to apply the patch.
Let me know how this issue can be resolved.

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
There is an issue with your Youtube video settings. I have changed the video URL and add our theme video and it is working fine on the page. Please check the page after removing the browser cache.
Best Regards.

supp0rtParticipantThis is a video from youtube, just for a test. It seems that a setting on the video creates this error. I also tried with another video and I can see that is working as expected now.
Best Regards
