JS_COMPOSER

I keep having issues with site security. js_composer keeps saying there is a problem and version needs to be 6.3.1

i puchased the theme again. (because my client had no info about his subscription)
i purchased the wpbakery plugin

downloaded latest theme version of woodmart..
deactivated and removed current version of wpbakery from wordpress installation
uploaded and installed the wpbakery plugin ( js_composer zip ) from downloaded theme

after installing this i go to plugins in my wordpress admin.. and i see version 6.3.1 installed but cannot be activated
i can only select update see below

when i go to appearance and then install plugins it shows me this:

after i press update here (because i want to activate the plugin and i cannot activate it after installing the theme version of js_composer) everything seems to work only when i do security scan then it comes back as vunerable website again with reason js_composer

We have updated the plugin to the latest version 7.0 via Appearance -> Install plugins. Please, check how it works now.

after i installed latest version from template
i went to appearance -> install plugins and activated the 7 version
then i go to plugins and now version 6.3.1 is not there but it is version 7

i go back to https://wpsec.com and run security check on cannashock.com
it comes back again vunerable

You have the latest version of the plugins installed. We don’t know why this scanner still says that you have older than 6.13 version on your website.

thanks for this response, can i manually see somewhere which version is active?
in a file or maybe in the database..

have to make sure for my client that the hacking wont happen again..
(site was hacked using the vunerability that was in js_composer)

You can verify this in the file wp-content/plugins/js_composer/js_composer.php.
