Just updated Basel, but now my logo has disappeared…

Hi, I just updated Basel on my website but now my logo has disappeared. When I go to set the logo again, in the file it’s showing my original logo, and says it’s selected, but it’s still showing Basel & Co logo. I have attempted to re-upload and select the logo, but it still shows the Basel & Co logo.
I am also now getting a pop up, with no graphic in it appearing, how can I shut this off?
Please help!
